David has been involved in the field of performance development for over 30 years, having been a fully qualified teacher, worked in local government training, telecoms as Head of Learning and Solutions at Virgin Media and involved in global learning innovation Financial Services.
Simon has a strong track record of delivering high profile, leading-edge Learning & Development/Organisational Development, Leadership/Talent Management and Change/Transformation projects within varying organisational complexity.
