Nobody, really. If you work in learning and development, the principles and techniques taught in this masterclass can be applied to any business situation where training design and deployment is being discussed.

Yes, you will be given a short pre-work exercise to complete and bring to the first session.

Yes! This masterclass is fully certified by the LPI. When you complete the course, you will receive a verified LPI digital badge that can be shared on social media and added to your collection. We use Credly as our badge provider.

The masterclass will help you to become a ‘trusted advisor’, armed with the knowledge and strategies to align business needs with training requests. It is broken down into 6 key sessions:

  • Pre-workshop plus online preparation
  • Welcome and Setting the Scene
  • Process and Critical Skills
  • Assessing Performance Gaps
  • Designing Systematic Solutions & Measuring Results
  • Simulation Workshop

On top of this, there will be homework, and asynchronous learning opportunities between sessions.

Whilst session timings will vary, each session will range from 60 – 120 minutes.

No we will not be recording our live training sessions.

As with every learning experience, you’ll only get out what you put into this course. Whilst your structured learning with us with be around 90-120 mins per week, if you engage with the community, read our resources etc we’d suggest you commit at least three hours per week to learning whilst on enrolled on this course.

No it’s not. However should we have a situation where delegates from multiple continents are signed up, organisers will discuss openly with the cohort about how we best manage this.

Please rest assured that regardless of your location, you will attend live workshops with your peers.

Yes, you can. If you have at least 6 people who wish to attend, we can arrange a closed masterclass for your group that is outside the public schedule.

As a follow up, ask for the virtual coaching add-on module. Normally facilitated 2-3 months after your masterclass finishes, it provides you with invaluable feedback and mentoring. It also evaluates the impact you’ve had once you are back in the work environment.

Please note – this add-on is only available to cohorts who have attended a closed (private) masterclass.

  • Discuss early successes and any obstacles encountered to reinforce the learning.
  • Create a strong peer group of professionals who problem solve and coach each other to success.
