The LPI offers this service through a 3 step approach following a complimentary 30-minute discussion with an executive leader to determine what your ideal outcomes are.


  • Identify organisational performance objectives
  • Clarify expectations of Leaders, Managers and Stakeholders
  • Document explicit results you want to achieve – including details around KPI’s


  • Delivery of individual assessment encompassing process, procedures, tools, systems, training and culture
  • Qualitative discussions to gain further understanding of the environment
  • Observation to support the qualitative and quantitative information obtained in the first steps


  • Analysis report with clearly identified ‘performance gaps’
  • Outline of Improvement Action Plan (with recommendations for process improvement, training, coaching etc. and options for considering short, medium and long-term outcomes).
