EUSR
Panel member of Recognition of Learning Programmes for EUSR, which involved scrutinising all aspects of a learning programme, the policies, procedures and facilities of the learning provider and assessment, verification and quality assurance processes.
Big 6 Utilities
Working with one of the Big 6 Utilities Companies to map their training programmes to modern apprenticeship frameworks and putting together a proposal to Scottish Govt for funding.
Safety, Health and Environmental Awareness
Writing and delivering regular Safety, Health and Environmental Awareness recognised and licensed courses for the waste management sector, enabling operatives to carry a health and safety card. Writing and delivering Train the Trainer courses for the same.
Utilities
Delivering regular Train the Trainer courses for National Water Hygiene courses, which enable workers to work on potable water. Working with the Utilities sectors to develop apprenticeship frameworks and supporting units of learning, including rules of combination and training specifications
Policies
Developing policies and procedures for assessors, technical experts and apprentices for apprenticeship frameworks, including guidance for portfolios, marking procedures, complaints procedures, etc.
Indian Government
Developing Assessor training for the Indian Govt for the emerging Sector Skills Councils
