Professional Profile:

From a background in education Clare has worked her way up through the full range of training roles from floor-walker and classroom trainer, to course designer and training consultant, developing extensive specialist skills in Live On-Line Learning (Virtual Classrooms and Webinars). She is the Lead Online-Learning Facilitator at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust, evangelising and delivering online learning to the Trust and the wider NHS Community, nation wide, as part of the NHS Digital Strategy to promote Smart and Agile Working. Her wide range of experience makes her uniquely qualified to both develop practical training solutions to meet organisational needs and to support other trainers in developing their careers to a high professional standard.
