Ettie is a Performance Consultant in the areas of Talent Management and Human Capital, making L&D relevant and strategic to business planning for almost 30 years. Her commercial focus and consultative approach combine to improve both human and organisational performance. Having experienced many world changing events in business, she is able to provide strategic, adaptive and pragmatic support for organisations during volatile and unpredictable times.

Her global experience helps clients to investigate their current situations, analyse the root causes of performance challenges, and then helping to define the strategy, roadmap and steps to monitor performance and continued improvement. Ettie also consults in the area of evaluation, measurement and analysis of Human Capital initiatives.

Ettie’s knowledge has been honed through hands-on experience across different industries and sectors, holding a variety of operational and leadership roles. This has given her the insights and empathy needed to provide objective support and collaborative leadership to teams, peers and key stakeholders at all levels.
