Issy (Isobel) Nancarrow would work with you to shake up and re-form your current marketing strategy, or help you to form a new one. Through the marketing consultancy service, Issy also provides advice on taking a marketing campaign approach to learning, through the use of Campaign Learning, a tool applied to learning initiatives. This approach is designed to increase engagement, retention and boost business performance.

Issy runs a marketing company specialising within the learning and development sector, Nancarrow Partnerships. The Nancarrow marketing management service operates as an extension of your company to carry out marketing campaigns. Our in‐house experience of the sector provides understanding of learning technologies and the social learning market place. We maintain a keen eye on market trends, the impact of thought leadership and new product developments.

The Nancarrow Partnerships team work with learning and development companies to provide marketing at key times of growth and change, from product launch to re‐brand and international expansion. Their marketing specialists can be called upon to support with specific areas of your campaign.

Recent Projects:

Increasing webtraffic by 27% in one month
We are managing the UK arm of marketing activity on behalf of a company based in mainland Europe. We have compiled a strategy, which is currently being implemented. This includes using a range of media and platforms to increase online visibility. Our product and brand promotion work is supported by direct marketing campaigns. Operating from a starting point of basic marketing provision we have increased webtraffic by 27% within the first month and are about to implement a lead generation campaign.
UK and International Growth
Unicorn training already has a well‐established brand and clear visibility in the industry. We are working closely with their marketing team to develop resources in support of company growth. This is a project spanning over three months to combine the skills held by internal teams with the skills and marketing experience provided through Nancarrow Partnerships. Issy is the primary contact and operating regularly from the Unicorn offices to work with Unicorn teams. - developing the online profile of the company through targeted campaigns / website development and design including an element of search engine optimisation / developing internal and external marketing collateral.
Social Learning Communities
We work closely with HT2 and the visibility of their social learning technologies. This involves developing online community platforms, social media management and email campaigns. We are carrying out analysis on engagement to further develop our marketing approach. Our community currently has 110 members and we can see fast growing numbers for the Curatr MOOCs being promoted.
