A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 2003, and Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) since 2013.

Previously Head of Learning and Development at Save the Children Humanitarian Leadership Academy, responsible for achieving LPI Organisational Accreditation for the first time in 2014; and setting up the Academy TPMA programme in 2015 to build training facilitation capacity at country level in the UK, Africa and the Philippines.

Recent Projects:

Global learning strategy
Key architect for development of global learning strategy for Humanitarian Leadership Academy involving consultation sector-wide in Europe, Africa and Asia. This required working in partnership with key stakeholders around the globe to achieve consensus on global approach whilst enabling localisation and contextualisation for regional contexts .
Organisational Change
Internal learning lead for Personalisation in Social Care project, and Investors in People.
Blended learning
Design and delivery of blended learning to support implementation of updated equality and diversity policies. Programme won Higher Education Equality Award.
Quality Assured Learning
Review and update of quality assurance of centre systems to streamline management systems and meet awarding organisation requirements (City and Guilds, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)
