It is said of Krystyna, that she is a leading authority on accelerated learning and its application in the UK. She has been training trainers since 2008, through CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) professional programmes and her own workshops. She has published a book “How not to Waste Your Money on Training”, which gifts the reader with a practical, step-by-step ‘how-to” guide. Beautifully illustrated you will soon be aligning with the organisation (s) you work with and analysing data (sometimes without using any maths!).
Krys finds working with trainers an absolute joy and she constantly seeks out ways to enable trainers to cut down on preparation time, improve retention of information and accelerate the learning. Her innovative approach and creative delivery style give her workshops an impressive and extraordinary quality. She has an amazing ability to put a group at ease almost instantly.
To help trainers appreciate the whole of the learning cycle, as well as how to be inspiring, Krystyna created The Learning Loop®, a game designed for training trainers. This product has been awarded a trademark, recognizing its uniqueness. Regardless of the experience or skill level of the trainers or indeed their roles, The Learning Loop®, helps trainers to understand each phase, in order that they can not only play their part well (designer, deliverer, evaluator etc.) but also be part of a coherent end-to-end process.
Krys whole-heartedly believes that the learning process should be a happy and enjoyable one and is a fabulous role model at bringing this philosophy to life. To maximize face-to-face time in the classroom, Krystyna offers a rich blend of ways to learn from short, snappy videos, articles, webinars, group activities (that can be done remotely or live) and many more (Krys has a list of “70 ways to learn” to help that blend).
She has a track record in customer-facing training and delivery of high quality learning and any organisation would benefit from her wide-ranging talents and ability to inspire. The aim always is to achieve real and tangible results within the organisations she works with. All the workshops she runs are delivered using accelerated learning principles and The Learning Loop® approach.
As a qualified engineer, Krystyna brings process-thinking to the learning arena, giving her an edge on other learning professionals.
