Michelle Parish FLPI

From a background in Training and Change consultancy and project management, working with some of the world’s leading organisations including the Construction Industry Training Board, UBS, as ELearning director and world leading business change consultancy, DACG, Michelle has developed specialist skills in Live On‐Line Learning (Virtual Classrooms and Webinars) and is now one of the UK’s leading authorities in working with organisations to develop their staff and management skills in making best use of this new but expanding part of blended learning. An experienced Project Manager in multi‐national and multi‐cultural work environments for both major training interventions and technology lead change projects – clients including UBS, CITB, BNFL, Unilever, Montell.

An experienced Quality Consultant including ISO9002 procedure development and auditing. Management, administration and development of training and education record schemes relating
to in excess of 790,000 individuals.

  • Analysis of workflow, re‐engineering work processes and ERP implementations
  • IT system design, user requirements, system testing
  • Crystal Report writing; implementation of document image processing and card production systems.
  • Experience of SAP, PeopleSoft and related electronic performance support systems (EPSS)

Michelle has been a major part of the team that initially developed the LPI Certified On‐Line Facilitation programme (COLF) and is now the Lead Facilitator for this programme to a range of
multi‐national organisations with delegates attending from a variety of international locations. In addition Michelle has also been part of the team to develop the LPI Certificate in Designing Online Learning programme (CDOL) which she also delivers in addition to a range of bespoke virtual learning events.
