Currently a fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI). An LPI Learning and Performance Consultant delivering COLF Training and Development courses on a global platform. Working extensively with the LPI through her own company (123 people development) as an Accreditation Consultant. A Learning and Development background with experience of Face to Face and Online Group Training events across a variety of platforms which include WEBEX and SABA.
Sam is a TAP accredited Trainer and Facilitator and has previously worked for a variety of Blue Chip Corporations including Barclays Bank, Tesco’s as well as SME sector businesses in which business performance and cultural change were the key objectives. Sam has been heavily involved in several projects in the past which has delivered higher than expected results in performance improvement and additional KPI’s. Also an instrumental Subject Matter Expert within her selected business arena.
