Able to inspire people from a variety of cultural and business backgrounds, through an enthusiastic and passionate delivery style which leads to tangible performance improvements. Delivering service with in‐depth knowledge and experience in Learning and Development both as an internal and external provider.

Sam has a totally  committed approach and fully immerses herself in her training events taking pride in the positive outcomes that ensue. This combined with excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail ensuring a clear understanding of internal business processes and auditing responsibilities to maintain business standards.

Currently a fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI). An LPI Learning and Performance Consultant delivering COLF Training and Development courses on a global platform. Working extensively with the LPI through her own company (123 people  development) as an Accreditation Consultant. A Learning and Development background with experience of Face to Face and Online Group Training events across a variety of platforms which include WEBEX and SABA.

Sam is a TAP accredited Trainer and Facilitator and has previously worked for a variety of Blue Chip Corporations including Barclays Bank, Tesco’s as well as SME  sector businesses in which business performance and cultural change were the key objectives. Sam has been heavily involved in several projects in the past which has delivered higher than expected results in performance improvement and additional KPI’s. Also an instrumental Subject Matter Expert within her selected business arena.

B2B Commercial High Value Recruitment Company
Personally responsible for the Design and implementation of a Sales and Marketing training programme allied to a complete management reorganisation. Programme specially designed to enhance business performance right the way across the board, delivering Cultural Change and Hearts and Minds at Director level as well as designing and implementing staff workshop programmes to create aptitude and attitude change. Over the course of a 12 week programme staff retention was improved dramatically along with a reduction in absenteeism with an uplift in sales and profit of 23% enabling the business to become more proactive resulting in a corporate acquisition
Blue Chip Retailer
Delivery and facilitation of a rolling training programme throughout the UK to 300 Tesco's stores. The programme was designed to introduce specific IT processes in order to uplift store based technology following board decisions to restructure and develop Bar Coding technology in the “Scan as you Shop" arena. Through a proactive and engaging approach with all levels of management and front line staff achieved training outcomes well above the KPI’s set for the sector.
