Professional Profile:

Over the last 20 years I’ve worked in both the public and private sector in a range of learning, talent and organisational development roles making use of my skills and interest in cultural change and continuous learning.

In the current workplace it is the ability to learn and develop which provides competitive advantage, and which I am excited about fostering within organisations.

My strength lies in looking at learning, performance and development differently.   I have worked on numerous projects, as both a qualified project and change management practitioner, that have ranged from leadership development, talent heatmaps, employee engagement plans, building a culture of inclusivity to establishing competency frameworks.
Through learning transformation – focusing not just on digital but truly blended content – I’ve established strategies, standards and blueprints, designed digital content and innovative solutions for technical, leadership and people skills, and developed the skillset of the team to support business performance.  I have a strong awareness of the learning technologies marketplace, having implemented systems across numerous organisations.

With so many terms and buzzwords in our industry, I evaluate new ways of thinking and working and how and where these can be practically applied, making sure the fit is right for the organisation.

As a coach, mentor and judge of Learning Technologies awards, I’m passionate about helping businesses and learning teams work smarter not harder.

Not for profit organisation
Development of learning operating model for a multi company organisation, focusing on performance and improved digital learning. This work secured funding for improving skills, access to development, sharing across the business and associated ecosystem.
Global Engineering company
Led project to look at a culture of belonging, establishing a framework of questions and interviews with global leaders, and drilling into the business case for inclusion and diversity Senior Management & Executive Team development surrounding change & resilience through change to ensure effective & healthy colleagues
Developed resources on curating and creating digital content with little or no budget.
