With over 20 years’ experience of working with a range of organisations including Cadbury Ltd, Chanel, Harvey Nicholls, Siemens, E. ON, British Gas, National Grid and many more, Vicki has had a successful career focused on inclusive practice in the development of skills and knowledge. Working with EU Skills, the Sector Skills Council for gas, power, water and waste, Vicki has been instrumental in the development of a Quality Framework for Providers across the sector together with a Code of Practice for Learning and Assessment interventions. Her work with EU Skills also involved development of the trailblazer apprenticeships for the power, gas, and water sector. Since starting her own business in April 2016, Vicki has become more involved in learning technologies that promote learning and development solutions using digital technology and has supported organisations to transition from traditional training to online learning using various authoring tools, content curation and online learning (MOOCs). Vicki is also an Investors in People consultant and an ISO consultant helping clients with their transition to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
