We’ll look at the increasingly blurry lines between where engagement meets enablement and the corresponding benefits of joining up the journey.
This session is being run by Brightwave Senior Consultant Olivia Lory Kay and Head of Visual Design Lara Gobbi.
Olivia comes to Brightwave having worked as a Creative Director in a communications agency and a strategist in an emerging technologies company. Lara joins from a background spanning UI, employee engagement and leading Creative within marketing technology companies.
Over the last 6 months they have created a data brand for a professional services company, as well as a public-facing campaign for HMRC to upskill customs staff.
