An experienced Project Manager in multi‐national and multi‐cultural work environments for both major training interventions and technology lead change projects – clients including UBS, CITB, BNFL, Unilever, Montell.
Michelle was a major part of the team that developed the LPI Certified On‐Line Facilitation programme (COLF) and is now the Lead Facilitator for this programme to a range of
multi‐national organisations with delegates attending from a variety of international locations. In addition Michelle has also been part of the team to develop the LPI Certificate in Designing Online Learning programme (CDOL) , which she also delivers in addition to a range of bespoke virtual learning events.
