Martyn is Learning and Development Senior Manager at Sage & is a dedicated learning and development manager with over ten years experience in the strategic and operational management of learning in commercial organisations. He has successfully developed and delivered learning and development programmes to ensure alignment with organisations’ strategic directions and operational needs and has been responsible for the full range of project management, performance monitoring and reporting related to L&D and OD.

Less formal – more informal; classroom will still exist but as a more flexible / adaptable tool
What advice would you give your 21 year old self?
Believe almost anything is possible; trust in your own ability to adapt and learn new ways of supporting the business; embrace change and new ways of facilitating / delivering learning
