Learning Organisation Accreditation

Prove that learning is part of your organisation’s DNA

with Accredited Learning Organisation status

While many companies offer great professional development, only a handful stand out as being truly exceptional.

These organisations understand that learning is fundamental to employee performance. They have built communities where people and technology collaborate freely and purposefully. They have created an environment where learning is an intrinsic part of everyday life, and where employees enjoy unparalleled learning and development experiences.

To be a Learning Organisation takes monumental dedication, but the benefits reach far into the future. With skills and talent as the cornerstone, the Learning Organisation can effortlessly withstand uncertainty, challenge, and change –  practically guaranteeing its future success.

Stakeholder interviews and feedback

How is your learning function perceived by others in the business? It’s a critically important question and one that you’ll get answers to with the accreditation.
  • We interview and gather feedback from senior business stakeholders to get a view of how learning is perceived in the organisation.

  • We arrange focus group sessions with line managers in relevant business groups to understand their challenges around team development and the support they receive from the business.

  • We provide a survey link to send to a sample group of learners within the company. This will capture an independent view from end users on how learning is valued in the organisation and what experiences with it are.

Expert consultation and performance review

An in-depth analysis of your learning function and its impact on the organisation
  • We arrange an expert consultation with the Head of Learning and relevant stakeholders.
The consultant will ask you about your organisation, the role of L&D, the current direction of the business as well as perceived challenges.

  • The consultation also assesses you against a set of key performance indicators, and helps build your development roadmap.

What’s covered?

James Swift FLPI
Director of Talent Development
Leyton

“We now know that, compared to other organisations, our learning environment is a step above”

“The Learning Organisation Accreditation was hugely beneficial to us, in terms of our mission to put learning in the hands of Leyton employees, and creating a learning culture. The accreditation gave me an invaluable independent review, in particular, the feedback from our employees. Discovering how they really felt about our training and how overwhelmingly positive they were about L&D and Leyton’s learning culture, really gave me confidence that what we are doing is working.”
