Learning Spaces Accreditation

Modern learners demand modern learning spaces

Face-to-face learning still remains a viable and sometimes preferable method of interaction. But where are the best venues? L&D teams are now seeking high-quality public spaces in which to run face-to-face learning events. Spaces that inspire creativity and respond to modern learning needs.

Learning Spaces accreditation looks at more than just training rooms and catering.

A great physical learning space is one that satisfies the many conditions needed for people to learn effectively. Lighting, noise levels, even the colour of the room, can all play a part.

Modern learners and facilitators demand modern learning spaces. Ones that are flexible enough to accommodate teaching and learning, collaboration, and critical thinking. Ones that utilise Biophilic Design to boost cognitive function and creativity. And ones that are supported by an empathic, agile team – ready to respond to the customers’ needs.

How it works

Your step-by-step route to accreditation

Meet your mentor

To begin your Learning Spaces accreditation, we’ll introduce you to an accreditation mentor. This will be a hand-picked Learning and Performance consultant with significant and pertinent experience of the facilities business.

Your mentor will guide you through the accreditation, always being on hand to provide support, advice, and improvement strategies.

Business Deep Dive

Your mentor will work with you to evaluate your learning facilities business. To ensure objectivity, we use a comprehensive set of KPI’s – developed by industry experts and continually refined and validated by data from thousands of organisations.

But it’s not a test – the aim is to help you identify your strengths and close performance gaps.

It’s a fascinating and rewarding exercise!

Strategy Report & Recommendations

A few days after the deep dive, your mentor will provide a bespoke and confidential report that summarises your business and reveals how you scored against the KPI’s.

Your report will include strategies to improve your client value and service proposition, along with recommendations and resources to help you close performance gaps.

Achieve Accreditation

Once your report is signed off, the LPI awards you with an internationally recognised and peer-reviewed accreditation.

You’ll join an elite group of businesses who are all committed to providing the highest-quality learning environments – fully endorsed by the LPI.

With Accredited Learning Spaces, you’ll be among the first to participate in promotional and networking activities with the wider LPI community.
