The LPI Capability Map provides a global view of the skills needed to deliver 21st Century workplace learning and development (L&D).
Since its launch in 2012, over 3,000 people world-wide have assessed themselves against the Capability Map, using the LPI’s free online service. They have used their benchmark reports to develop themselves – and in many cases their teams – further in the L&D profession.
Taking what we have learned from thousands of self-assessments, and given the shifting L&D landscape, we are refreshing the Capability Map, and we’d love you to help us.
We will be taking feedback until 8 June 2018, after which an international panel of L&D practitioners will go through a process of compiling, reconciling and assessing the feedback before using it to refresh the Capability Map. The new iteration of the Map will be unveiled at the LPI’s LEARNING LIVE conference in London on 5 September 2018.
As always, the LPI Capability Map will remain free for individual use, as part of the LPI’s commitment to the continued growth of the L&D profession world-wide.
