The LPI Capability Map provides a global view of the skills needed to deliver 21st Century workplace learning and development (L&D).
Since its launch in 2012, over 3,000 people world-wide have assessed themselves against the Capability Map, using the LPI’s free online service. They have used their benchmark reports to develop themselves – and in many cases their teams – further in the L&D profession.
We are now refreshing the Capability Map, based on the feedback we’ve gathered from L&D professionals world-wide.
The new iteration of the Map will be unveiled at the LPI’s LEARNING LIVE conference in London on 5 September 2018.
The LPI Capability Map will remain free for individual use, as part of the LPI’s commitment to the continued growth of the L&D profession world-wide.
