The L&D Dashboard

How’s L&D doing?

From millions of data points, the truth emerges…

Since 1995, the LPI has been a trusted advisor to global learning organisations and individuals, giving us a unique insight into their mindsets and strategies as they strive to deliver great learning experiences.

Using a variety of methods and tools, we’ve captured millions of data points to unearth strong evidence of L&D’s competencies and weaknesses, and how these fluctuate over time.

Knowing where L&D is proficient and where it struggles is critical if we are to close skills gaps, attract talent, and improve business performance.

Learning Leaders

These data are collected from Heads of Learning who have registered for our annual LEARNING LIVE conference. They are also collected from the Learning and Performance Accelerator (LPA), the only dynamic benchmarking tool for Heads of Learning. The data show the biggest challenges for learning leaders, their relationships with other department heads, their use of technology, use of data, learning culture, infrastructure, and much more.

Learning Professionals

This unique dataset is taken from the the LPI Capability Map, a self-assessment tool that helps individuals and teams identify their strengths and skills gaps, and understand what is needed to build future capability. Since its launch, we’ve analysed tens of thousands of data points from L&D professionals in nearly 100 countries to uncover their strengths and weaknesses.
