We provide practical solutions for business performance improvement through effective
learning. Our unique focus is on ‘learning efficacy’; the demonstrable impact of learning on
individual and organisational performance.
What we believe in and how we behave towards each other and our customers.
The LPI understands that it is important to maintain a sustainable environment for future generations.
Digital Badges Since 2016 we have issued digital badges for our certificates and memberships. This is not only a great way to show your success on social media, it also is better for the environment.
Virtual Classrooms We have been championing the use of virtual classrooms since 2010. Both our COLF and CDOL courses are delivered virtually, as are our team meetings and webinars. COLF and CDOL provide people with the skills to deliver effective training remotely to anyone worldwide.
The Learning and Performance Institute has a chosen charity which changes every 10 years. Since 2012 it we have supported Dreamflight.
Dreamflight is a UK charity that changes young lives through taking children with a serious illness or disability, without their parents, on the holiday of a lifetime to Orlando, Florida.
Established in 1987 and operating annually since, Dreamflight believes that fun and joy are just as important as medical research and equipment.
Charity Auction at The Learning Awards
The LPI also holds a charity auction at The Learning Awards each February. In the last ten years, we’ve raised over £300,000 for ChildLine & Dreamflight. This year we are delighted to again announce Dreamflight as our 2018 charity organisation.
Fill in the form below to register your organisation’s interest in becoming our next chosen charity.
The Charity Calendar for Dreamflight
Since 2017, we have produced a calendar on behalf of Dreamflight to raise additional funds. Follow this link for our charity calendar page.
Sponsored Learning Professional
The LPI annually sponsors a learning professional and equips them with the skills, tools and networks to significantly develop within their chosen field. The reason we have chosen to do this is because we firmly believe all people deserve a chance.
In 2017 Salma Meah was chosen as our Sponsored Learning Professional.
