Why LPI membership matters

James McLuckie, formerly of EdenTree and who now works as a Senior Instructional Design Manager for Good Practice, joined the LPI as a Fellow in 2012.

“A number of people within my network were affiliated with the LPI in some way, particularly people that I enjoyed interacting with and from whom I was learning a lot from. The LPI really understands the link between learning and performance and this is not something that all organisations understand. That understanding manifests itself through the events that the LPI facilitates and the many and varied benefits that they provide for members. For those reasons I really wanted to become a member and endorse what they stand for and I would encourage any series L&D professional to become a member”
