This masterclass is a virtual learning course focused on introducing thinking, strategies and tactics in the area of hybrid working for L&D. It has been designed by Gary Cookson FCIPD, FLPI, MAC, a senior LPI consultant, expert in workplace performance, and author of “HR for Hybrid Working”. Gary has appeared on HR’s Most Influential – Movers and Shakers.

Anyone employed by an organisation in an internal learning and development role. So whether you’re a Learning Facilitator, a Learning Experience Designer, an L&D Manager, or something else entirely, this masterclass is for you.

Yes! This masterclass is fully certified by the LPI. When you complete the course, you will receive a verified LPI digital badge that can be shared on social media and added to your collection. We use Credly as our badge provider.

No we will not be recording our live training sessions.

As with every learning experience, you’ll only get out what you put into this course. Whilst your structured learning with us with be around 120 mins per week, if you engage with the community, read our resources etc we’d suggest you commit at least three hours per week to learning whilst on enrolled on this course.

No it’s not. However should we have a situation where delegates from multiple continents are signed up, organisers will discuss openly with the cohort about how we best manage this.

Please rest assured that regardless of your location, you will attend live workshops with your peers.

Yes, you can. If you have at least 8 people who wish to attend, we can arrange a closed masterclass for your group that is outside the public schedule.
