Women’s Inclusion in Learning Leadership
Together, we WILL make a difference
Inclusion matters
As the leading global body for workplace learning and performance, we recognise our influence and responsibility to shape the future of our industry.
This extends beyond embracing and evangelising new and pioneering ways of working – it’s about building a future that is equal, inclusive, and equipped to prosper. We believe that whilst female representation in our industry may be greater than other sectors, there is still work to do – particularly when it comes to advancing women’s inclusion at a leadership level.
Championing our female leaders
WILL aims to recognise and champion the trailblazing work already being done in our space by female leaders – leveraging this to build a community championing greater opportunity and inclusion for all women in learning. It aims to encourage and facilitate peer support and access across our network to connect, elevate, and further female leaders.
We hope that this group will add weight and focus to the meaningful work already being done to advocate for women in our space, and we are keen to explore how in time this initiative can also play a role in supporting wider diversity and inclusion right across the industry.
Meet the founding members
WILL – by women, for women. Meet the female learning leaders committed to sharing their expertise, insight, and experience to support the future female leaders in our industry.
